This project encompassed partnering with and managing approximately 30 hiring managers in 15 locations and was completed on time in less than 18 months.

A Storage Management Software startup relied on David to fill over 50 positions in a 2-year period. Positions included Account Executives and Pre-sales Engineers, in addition to Channel, Alliances and Sales and SE Management around the globe.

One of the first companies to bring Flash storage into the Data Center turned to David to manage the recruitment of its worldwide sales and Pre-sales teams. Over the course of the next 4 years, David oversaw the recruitment and hiring of over 300 Field Operations (Sales and Pre-sales) candidates, as well as personally recruited approximately 100 of them, including many of the companies Directors and VP’s.
